Will someone please invent a system or an app for learning to speak ‘cat’? For example, an upward-inflection “Mowrr” means:
I’m hungry.
The litterbox is unbearable.
Cuddle me.
Or???
Yes, it took Tolkien decades to create the languages of Middle Earth. But if all of us cat owners contributed to a general dictionary and phrase book, it wouldn’t take that long, would it?
I often find myself asking the cat what its mowrr means (ex. “What?” or “What baby?”) A dictionary would allow me to regain my sanity.
